QUESTION: Do you pre-sell admission tickets for the movies?
ANSWER: We do not pre-sell admission tickets. The box office opens approximately 30 minutes prior to a set of shows. The set of shows are categorized as follows: matinees (those before 6pm), evening shows (those starting from 6pm to 7:30pm), and late shows (those starting 8pm and later). The box office opens approximately 30 minutes prior to the first movie in the set and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last movie in the set. During that time frame only admission tickets for movies in that set will be sold.
QUESTION: Do you take reservations?
ANSWER: We do not accept reservations. Our doors do open approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. On Friday and Saturday evenings, it is HIGHLY recommended you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. While this does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket prior to us selling out, it is usually an ample amount of time. Once tickets are purchased groups are urged to proceed into the theater to find seats together. Possessing tickets does not guarantee seats together as everyone is seated on a first come first serve basis.
QUESTION: What are the prices for admission?
ANSWER: For shows starting before 6pm admission is $8.00. For children ages 3 to 10 and seniors 55 and over admission is $8.00. For shows starting 6pm and later admission is $10.00.
QUESTION: Do you offer group discounts?
ANSWER: Due to movie studio restrictions on passes and discounts, we usually do not offer group discounts. However, you may contact the office to make a request. The office number is 485-1448.
QUESTION: I have passes for free admission. What are the restrictions on their use?
ANSWER: Movie studios restrict the acceptance of passes for at least the first two weeks of the movies playing on our screens. Therefore, we do not allow any passes or discounts during this time. You can check in advance if the restriction is in place by looking at our ad in the newspaper which will state if we are not accepting passes or by calling the movie line at 492-4234. The movie line will state if a movie is a "special feature" for which we can not accept passes.
QUESTION: Do you sell gift certificates?
ANSWER: Gift certificates can be purchased at the box office during our normal business hours or ordered thru our website by clicking the box at the top of the page.
QUESTION: How is food ordered?
ANSWER: Once inside the theater a server will allow you time to review the menu then arrive to take your order. Please be aware that unlike most restaurants where they have you wait to be seated and they stagger the wait staff's tables they are responsible for, all of our guests are seated within 30 minutes of each other. On Friday and Saturday evenings that means over 100 orders go into the kitchen within a 30-minute time frame. Our staff works hard to get your order to you quickly but on the weekends your order may arrive 30 to 45 minutes after the start of the movie. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Once your order arrives your server will periodically check back with you, however they will limit their interruptions so as not to distract you from the movie.
QUESTION: How do I pay?
ANSWER: We accept all major credit cards at the ticket booth and inside the theater. We do not accept personal checks. Your server will present you with your bill approximately 30 minutes prior to the end of the movie. They will return within 10 minutes to collect the payment so that you will not be interrupted again for the remainder of the movie.
QUESTION: How do I apply for a job?
ANSWER: We have a GREAT staff here and we work very well as a team. We have very little turn over and do not hire often. We do have a pool of applications that we keep and go to first before we would advertise an open position. We are always accepting applications to put into the pool. You may pick up an application at the ticket booth and either return it there or mail it back to us.

ANSWER: We are at the corner of Stellhorn and Maplecrest in the Northwood Shopping Plaza.
Directions from Interstate 69: Exit I69 at the I469 East exit. Follow I469 to the Maplecrest exit. Take Maplecrest south to the fourth stop light. Turn right at this light into the Northwood Shopping Plaza. We are located in the corner of the L-shaped plaza.
Directions from Downtown: Take Lafayette north to Coliseum Blvd. Turn right on Coliseum. Take Coliseum to Crescent. Turn left on Crescent, which becomes Stellhorn road. Follow Stellhorn to the Northwood Shopping Plaza. Turn left at the light into the shopping center. We are located in the corner of the L-shaped plaza.
